“This was the first time I have needed plumbing service at my current home. But I remembered from my previous home that we had used Milton Frank Plumbing on several occasions and we were always completely satisfied with the service. So I immediately thought of Milton Frank when I noticed a leak in my bathroom sink faucet. The service technician responded very quickly. When he got to my home, he explained what was causing the problem and what he would do to fix it. He also told me upfront what the cost would be.
My service technician was very informative and courteous and I will not hesitate to call Milton Frank the next time I need plumbing services.”

“My A/C quit on me on Saturday afternoon. I called the office and left a message around 9 Sunday morning. I received a call back on Monday around 8 am. The office had a tech here at my house by 8:30 the same day. It was determined that I needed a new unit, mine was 12 years old and all the refrigerant was gone. The tech, Cameron, had an install crew there the next morning by 8 am. Willie and his crew did a great job with the install and by 12 I had cool air again.

“The sales team was excellent and did a great job of explaining everything. The install team arrived the next day as scheduled and completed the install in about 5 hours. I was very impressed that before they asked for payment the sales team came back the next day to inspect the install and make sure everything was good. There was a small dent on the top of the unit that they noted and were back out to replace the top of the unit in a very timely manner. Overall very satisfied and would use them again.”

“We had our annual review this week of our 4 air conditioning units. Richard Enciso, who has been our technician many times before, did this inspection and did his usual very thorough and competent work. He discovered that the 2 units which were the last original equipment from when the house was built 20 years ago were no longer working and could not be repaired because of current environmental issues. Richard was able to get the 2 new Trane units ordered and arranged for them to be installed 2 days later. A 2 man crew arrived as scheduled at 8:30, worked without stopping until 1:30, and did a great job of removing the old units and installing the new ones, which are now working well. We plan to continue using Milton Frank for our a/c, heating and plumbing needs in the future.”

Price was very fair considering what they did. The job was done in just a few hours and they double and triple checked plumbing to make sure there were no more leaks. I will now go to them for all plumbing and will also contact them for my HVAC checkups as well. No upsell tactics!!!!!! Love this company and their values.”
