“Realtor asked to get the perfectly food unit inspected to avoid surprises at the inspection.. Technician advised unit is “perfect “ but would be more efficient with start up capacitor and repairs to the plenum. Four days after the new plenum is installed the Freon has now dropped from 115 to 100 and unit is overheating . Was charged another service call to check this out and wanted 375 to find leak but advised leak could not be fixed even if found. Wanted 10, 000 to replace unit. We were never informed that a very common cause of Freon leaks are the result of plenum installs especially if poorly performed. We would have never taken those risks. . I left several messages to talk to the AC manager and those calls were never returned. All the money we spent on the plenum and capacitors was wasted. Lesson learned.”

“Diagnosis and repair was outstanding..Jesus Cruz was extremely polite and professional and used his expertise in repairing a rotted water pipe. He was careful in removing and replacing sheetrock with no broken pieces. He also modified the connections for easier removal in the future.Clin came by to assist in parts and repair with also excellent knowledge. Both get a 10 out of 10 for thier work. I am very happy with my repair and will continue to use Milton Frank.”

“The install itself went smoothly and we were very happy. Then, the “inspector” came out to check everything and take payment. Not only did he not seem to really know what was going on, he left and the system froze over within hours. (After running perfectly for several days.

I have called them to come back about 3 times in 4 days. This is absolutely ridiculous in every way. I am incredibly unhappy and paid far too much money for this to be a horrendous experience. You get 5 stars for a great install. Minus three for an incompetent inspect and a follow up that did not fix the actual issues, but just “defrosted the system and it should be fine now”…. Why would it have frosted over in the first place…”
