“I have had several experiences with this company and all have gone perfectly. After renting a water softener for more years than I'd like to admit, we decided to purchase one. Though the water produced by the rental company was excellent, purchasing their product was way out of our price range. Milton Frank offered a more affordable alternative and having been very happy with their customer service, we decided to give their product a try. Our installation went very well.
