Our tankless water heater was not serviced since it was installed and Cody explained all the pros and cons for what he was going to do and after we agreed he did an excellent job in cleaning and do all the maintenance requirements to keep the water heater running smoothly. “Our technician Alan was courteous, and very professional. He was patient when we realized the new faucet we had purchased had a part missing from the box. I had to run and get another new one and he returned to complete the job. It was a great experience and everything turned out and the faucet was installed perfectly.”
