“Hello, I wanted to share my very positive experience. We had a clog in our AC line and our upstairs unit was not cooling correctly. Cameron came out and spent the time to locate and remove the clog. He also determined that the upstairs thermostat was not working properly and replaced it. As a result, we no longer have a leak and the upstairs is cool! Cameron was very professional and friendly. He left no mess. He did a thorough check of the AC and explained what he found, as well as the solution. Would definitely recommend!”

“We discovered a leak through an upstairs ceiling and Milton Frank scheduled the leak inspected and repair service immediately. They came out constructed a bypass for a broken water heater then replaced the water heater the next day and the leak detector came out while it was still leaking and the determined the extent of the damage and began remediation. They will also do the repairs making this mess easy and convenient for us. Cannot express how grateful I am to Milton Frank for their quick, friendly and complete service.”
