Scheduled me right away to have a tech arrive between 9a.m. – 10a.m. and Jesus Cruz arrived by 8:55 a.m. along with a text notification of his arrival. Love the status updates, very helpful, especially when you have pets. Jesus did an amazing job, he presented himself very well, respectful, kind and professional.
