“As usual, I had an AC breakdown on a weekend; however, since I was a Milton Frank VIP member, I called for a service technician asap. Thankfully, I had one of their AC technicians (Dennis) at my home within less than an hour. My AC unit only needed a defective part and the issue was fixed within an hour.
I was most pleased with the professional and speedy service.

“Our air conditioner started leaking and losing air on July the second. Called and asked for someone to come out and check it. A young man named Dennis came and checked everything and replaced the fluid and said it might not last long, He called again on July fourth and brought a in house unit and set it up. On July fifth Willy and his crew came and installed the new unit. They did not leave until they made sure it was working correctly. July sixth Clint came and stayed until everything was finished with the finance company. From the start everybody was great and they didn’t leave until they knew all was done. We have been with Milton Frank Plmig and Cooling since we moved here and will continue with them. They are the best 👍.”
