“I am so glad that Milton Frank offers this annual systems inspection! Tanner did a thorough check of all showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, and laundry equipment water points, including the outdoor faucets. He pointed out four that will need attention, including the one I was most concerned about, a dripping sink faucet. Tanner was able to repair that immediately and I will be able to schedule out the other three instead of being faced with catastrophic failure of them should they fail on their own time. Thanks to Milton Frank, I rest easier and know that my water systems are secure and safe.”

“Cody was excellent did a wonderful job. Unfortunately the manufacturer sent out a brand new product with one incorrect part that once the machine was turned on it was so loud it wasn’t intolerable after he called their service department for InSync Creator. They informed him it was the wrong ring that there was in the package and it would take 7 to 10 days to get a new one. I gave him all the information I collected from the guy in the Philippines, not in Wisconsin, where the company manufacturers and ships from that I didn’t want to wait that long. He made no effort to assist me said he couldn’t do anything. I’m hoping you guys can call Wisconsin and get me a new part sooner Cody was wonderful.”
