“After I installed a soft start into my A/C unit (in preparation for running a portable generator), my A/C fan was not working. Geo came out and diagnosed the problem to be the capacitor. I chose to replace the capacitor myself (so only needed to pay for the service call). After replacing the capacitor, the A/C still refused to start (talk about frustration at this point). Geo came back out the same day and quickly found that the circuit breaker that is at the A/C was not installed (so power was not getting to the unit). Once this was corrected, the unit worked perfectly. The nice thing was that I was not charged another service call! Geo's help, friendliness and professionalism was greatly appreciated.”
