“From the beginning, made a call first thing in the morning at 7:30 a.m. and was greeted by a kind female rep. Scheduled me right away to have a tech arrive between 9a.m. – 10a.m. and Jesus Cruz arrived by 8:55 a.m. along with a text notification of his arrival. Love the status updates, very helpful, especially when you have pets. Jesus did an amazing job, he presented himself very well, respectful, kind and professional. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions before he started and after he finished. Showed me everything he did and explained the process of what would be done and had been done.
