“We had several plumbing issues. We have been using Milton Frank for over 30+ years and every time they have helped us with attentiveness and expertise. Yesterday Mr. Alan Torres came to assist us in a difficult air con drain clog which had slowed water drainage in one sink in our master bathroom. Mr. Torres took the extra time to insure the job was completed perfectly not just good.

“Upstairs unit not cooling early evening. Called after hours number & requested service. They called me before 7:30 the next morning & had me scheduled for an 8:00 AM service call. Clint diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor & replaced the part quickly. I have used this company for many years & utilize their annual maintenance plan. The cost is reasonable & the service is GREAT! They also installed my current HVAC system when the original units reached the end of their life in 2015.”
