“We had a leak that started about a week ago. I can humbly say that I am more than capable of repairing just about any plumbing issue that may come up. But I exhausted my list of suspects and feared the worst! ( invasive repair and sheet rock/texture/repainting, etc.) But Matt showed up and through a VERY detailed process of elimination was able to determine that we had no leak at all. It turned out to be the way my wife was using the shower head of all things (she’s pretty short). All I have to do is lower the shower head…simple. Much thanks! (Our dog got along with Matt too…believe me that’s saying a lot!)”
